Our Leadership Team

Scott Terres, LPC, Ph.D
Vice President
Scott has worked for AWP since 2004. During that time, he has been an Intake and Referral Counselor, Case Manager, Call Center Director, Director of Business Services and is currently the Vice President of Alliance Work Partners. Scott has extensive experience with customer service, both from his time with Alliance Work Partners and from his experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Austin. Scott has a Ph.D. in Family Sciences with a concentration in Family Therapy.
Nicola Leach
Director of Account Services
With more than 20 years of customer service experience, along with finance, HR and project management, Nicola manages the EAP customer service and solutions team.  In her 8 plus years of EAP experience, she has worked in coordination of training, customer service, business development, new customer EAP program implementation, DOT/Drug Free Workplace, contract management and EAP publications. She works with public and private entities with more than 250 employees.
Cole Noble, LCSW, SAP
Director of Client Services
Cole has been involved in the EAP field since 1995. He has experience in Intake and Referral, Clinical Case Management, Account Management, Supervision, and Policy and Procedure development. He is a trained leader of Critical Incident Stress Response (CISR) and a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Cole oversees the clinical aspect of AWP’s EAP services and directs our Customer Feedback process which has resolved over 90% of customer needs within 24 hours.
Valerie Turullols
Director of Network Management
Valerie joined the Alliance Work Partners team in 2008 as a part-time staff member in the Intake and Referral department. After completing her master’s degree, she joined the team full time and progressed through several leadership roles in the organization. As Network Director, she ensures that providers’ credentials, license, and contact information are up to date, constantly striving to keep the provider network growing so the intake department can select a counselor to meet each client’s unique needs.
