Move More!

Adding more activity to your routine is vital.  Moving your body gets your heart beating and your blood flowing.  Increase your activity level to improve your health:


  • Park farther away from work, the store and any place you run errands.
  • Go for walks with your family, friends or coworkers.
  • Swing your arms to enhance your work out.
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator.


ACTION: Add a short walk to your lunch break to increase your activity level for the day.
