Defusing Hostile Customers

If you provide service to others, you may often find yourself interacting with customers who are frustrated past the point of politely asking for help. It is important to know that your reaction and level of professionalism will dictate the outcome of this type of situation in most if not all cases.

Topics include:

  • Listening with empathy
  • Indentifying the problem behind the anger
  • Knowing your triggers
  • Remaining professional and helpful under any circumstance

  • Could the webinar registration include a calendar appointment download option for Outlook (Google Calendar is also popular)? Most of the other webinars offered by companies and organizations include that in the registration confirmation. Thanks for considering!

    • Hello Rebecca,

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have this capability. It is on my wish list for the future. Enjoy the webinar!

    • Thank you for your interest in our May Defusing Hostile Customers webinar. We are excited to see we are providing topics of interest to our customers. There was so much interest that our both of our live webinar registration are now full. To be added to the Wait List, please email and include: (1) webinar date, (2) name, (3) employer, and (4) email address. You will receive a confirmation once you have been added to the waiting list.

  • Several of my associates and I have tried to register and it looks like both webinars are full. We are signing up on the waiting list.
If for some reason we are not added to the waiting list, will there be a recording made available for us to view after?
